Our special blend, the Nutritional Mix is a seed mix that allows you to grow a premixed salad together in the tray, providing you with a lucious and extremely nutritious & varied set of greens. The densely nutritious broccoli & the colourful kohlrabi being brought up, quick and strong, with the fast growing vitamin C rich radish makes for a delicious head of salad, grown together.

Our seed varieties are non GMO, certified Organic and grown as local as possible. They are chosen for their suitability for their use as microgreens which includes flavour profile, germination rate and speediness of growing.
They come dried in individual packets, with information on how thickly to sow them, time frames, and how to care for them.
