This ones a bit of a cheat.
Makes 1 burger
Ingredients:
Burger bun (can be any that you choose - we went for a fluffy white bap!)
Burger (we went veggie burger :))
1/3 or 1/4 tray of buckwheat microgreens
Method:
Heat some oil in a frying pan
Add your burger and cook through, if you're cooking a veggie burger don't have the heat too high too early, especially if it's frozen. The tendency is for the burger to cook on the outside and still too pastey and mushy on the inside. So cook it a little slower on a medium heat.
While it's cooking, nows the time to harvest your buckwheat microgreens
Open the bap, add the hot burger add any sauce and stuff in your harvested buckwheat, as much as you can manage and enjoy
